München, 20. September 2018 – Das Leben mit einer Amputation birgt viele Hürden. Als ob das nicht genug wäre ist es allzu oft die Gesellschaft, die einen natürlichen Umgang mit Amputationen unmöglich macht. Das trifft Erwachsene, aber leider auch Kinder. Nina ist unsere Botschafterin, um gerade Kindern einen Weg zu eröffnen, unbefangen und frei mit dem Thema Amputation umzugehen. Nina kann eine Hilfe darstellen, wenn es darum geht Familien und Kindern das Thema Prothese näher zu bringen - ihre Bestandteile, der Aufbau etc.. Zudem kann sie Seelentrösterin, Spielgefährtin und Türöffner für das Spiel mit anderen Kindern sein - eine Freundin, die in der gleichen Situation ist, wie das Kind selbst. Nina ist für uns bereits in ihrer Rolle als Botschaftern auf der Purmundus Challenge 2018 am Start gewesen (Finalteilnahme), durfte aber auch bereits um die Welt reisen: Spanien, Frankreich, USA - für Nina gibt´s kein Halten. Munich, Germany/Septmeber 20th, 2018 – Life with an amputation holds many hurdles. As if that wasn't enough, it is all too often society that makes a natural handling of amputations impossible. This applies to adults, but more so to children. Nina is our ambassador in order to open a way for children in particular to deal with the topic of amputation in an impartial and unburdened way. Nina can be of help when it comes to leading families and children up to the subject of encountering a first prostheses - their components, the construction, etc... She can also be a soul mate and playfellow - a friend who is in the same situation as the child itself and a door opener for playing with other kids. Nina has already been at the start for us in her role as ambassador at the Purmundus Challenge 2018 (#finalist). But she has also been able to travel the world: Spain, France, USA - there´s no stopping Nina.
If you would like to borrow Nina to make it easier for a small wearer to step into your workshop, please do not hesitate to contact us. If it can be arranged, Nina will be happy to visit you.
